I cancelled the order before being shipped and had email confirmation that a refund will be processed. Now two weeks later they tell me the goods have been shipped and the refund can’t be processed until they receive the goods back. I paid over $1000 including freight. Does not match what I ordered
I ordered a mobile phone. Came sooner than promised, which delighted. When I opened the package, I concluded that the phone is in a different color, which would be a trunk, but the charger is designed for English contact and the charger itself is so unreliable. I suspect the phone might be a cheap option in China, the phone itself is ok, but the quality of the charger is questionable. I called customer service, the girl was very nice, but I expressed the desire to change the English contact charger, to a normal charger, I was offered a splitter that plugs into a socket so I can use the charger. Of course, in a sense, 110.shop came in handy, but this charger of questionable quality does not inspire confidence... I have previously shipped from 110.shop, I suspected that the perfume water is not original, but now after buying the phone, I realized that this was my last purchase at 110.shop. You can't get good and original stuff cheaply... fuij for cheating on these people... Gerda
