My. Father changed banks. I need to change all his bills auto pay to the new bank. Everyone else was helpful. Combined was the last one i needed to change. Wouldn't give me the time of day. Wanted me to go to his house and have him do the changing. OR get power of attorney. Personally i could care less. They are the ones losing money by being difficult. I was trying to make sure they got payed. I will look for a new company for my father. You all take a flying leap. User's recommendation: any other company.
