Its been a long, terrible year with culligan trash at our beautiful new home. At least every other month , the driver they hired at same time we started service, made a major screw up. First he stained our carpets up, then he left our entire water system in bypass after changing our tank and we had been drinking straight well water . So finally, a month after trying to be nice and thanking him for taking the effort to back out and not turning around in our grass, this genius drives over and destroyed a fence and a half dozen reflectors. He comes to tell me and lies about it repeatedly, i tell him to just go because he told me "i might have bent the one end of an old fence out there" and you can see pics, i actually sat it up to show damage so it looks better than it was, but hey, no big deal, accidents happen with culligan a LOT apparently. So then im out watering wild flowers with my dog on the new sump pump discharge i had built and see that the lying little *** ran over the pipes underneath the gravel and huge railroad ties i had protecting them!!!! He obviosly even spun his tires on top, so i report with pics. Well, one, they have website set up so you can't submit COMPLAINTS lol they think theyre slick and set it up to only accept compliments!! So i submit and wait for reply. Nothing, ever, one phone call i couldnt answer at an medical appointment for hand surgery but when a corporation is being shady i want everything documented in writing and they refused to use email. So anyways, they call my VA caretaker 4 times for payment buy never call me again. So i call in and ask for the guy, i finally get him and tell him that i have the payment and come get it. However, he can stop at Ace hardware and pick up what he destroyed. He put me on hold , then came back and without explanation , said they are coming to take my tank immediately. I asked if he was serious? You're going to destroy my *** and when i stick up for myself, come take my families drinking water without notice even though the legal contract states 30 day notice!! The manager Jerry didn't think the damage was important enough for him, but when you're medically retired frm the army and 100% combat disabled from VA with a full time caretaker, it's a little hard to work overtime every day for a month to replace a complex sump discharge. The pic of pipe i have submmitted just shows an area he spun his tires over after i started cleaning, once i realized what happened, i was like "oh *** no!!" And started moving gravel to look, So my caretaker has the pics of the actual destruction but its 3:45am and she probably doesn't want bothered. Absolutely shamefull, but i should have known when the manager unprofessionally bashed a local competitor for 10 minutes during my first visit . I only asked if they offer a vets discount because i was buying my first house and i was trying to save what i could, it was just $8 a month and i never ask for discounts. Worst attitude of disrespect ive seen frm a corporation at manager level, must not be many 40 year old losers around to manage a culligan. No worries, customers don't matter and money does, and i have PLENTY of time, professional associations, Fraternal Relationships, and social media reach to dig in the pockets of even a corporation that big. Ill be keeping an eye on 4th quarter regional profits, they will be too.
