What will pictures do you can see it you have sit on it don’t make sense it’s under warranty just send me a new bed I paid a lot of money $999 that’s a lot so someone’s got to give

.Have a Nectar mattress and I love it but I believe it has broke down I seem to fall out of bed when I sit on it I touch the boxspring so I’m not sure what to do
