*SOLVED

My last day was 6/20/2020. I sent text to Landlord asking about refund on 7/24/2020, since it was past 30 days. It is 8/1/2020 and I have not received it. Landlord was Deidra Marcelle, Atlanta Gem is listed property. Thank you for any help. User's recommendation: Let this be your last choice.
