My newspaper was not delivered for two days, January 26 and27. I was not offered to have the newspapers delivered even though late. I do expect to be credited for those copies not delivered. It is very frustrating to not be able to keep up with my local news when I am paying for delivery. User's recommendation: Stay on phone line although it takes a long time for response.
