Bring Fido billed twice for hotel. Customer service will not help. DO NOT use this service. They did not pay the hotel after billing my card. Pain in the *** while on vacation to try to reverse the charge. User’s recommendation: Do Not book with Bring Fido. it is a scam.

The hotel website was cheaper. I’m not sure that paying extra is worth a glorified search engine, since the hotel didn’t know I was bringing dogs.
