Deffective Air Conitioner

Purchased AMMANA Air Conditioner in 2014, and for the last 24 months I have replaced the Evaporatoy Coil 3 times, and although the manufacturer pays for the Coil under the Manufactory warranty , the owner needs to pay for the installation at a cost fluctuating between 750.00 to $389.00. I contacted the manufacturer requesting to have one of their tech people to come and review the unit to see why this still happening and pay for the evaluation cost and they refused my request.
