My name is Melissa Massara I ordered and paid for a AG doll on 8/10/2020. STILL NOT received. Order# [protected] Tr# [protected] sku-gnt53. I ordered this for Christmas for my granddaughter and was told basically that it was lost between the Ag warehouse and fedx and I will not get it by Christmas and they will investigate but I can reorder.
