Had an appointment timeframe of 10am-12pm. No call and no tech. I called cox for to get an answer - got hung up on 2x and 1 would not let me complete a sentence. New arrival times given by Cox were 12:50pm, 1pm and 2:05pm. Cox also changed my apt. time to 1pm-3pm without my knowledge. It's 2:06pm and you guessed it - NO TECH. User's recommendation: Tech will show up whenever, no at appointment time.
