Client 1st Appliance Services – Customer Care Review from Zanesville, Ohio

I scheduled an appointment to fix my dryer. The guy came late, was 10 minutes looking at the dryer. He spent 20 minutes in his van figuring up the bill, and said he had to order the parts from Dayton. (Rollers for Maytag dryer) He agreed to come back next day and was a "no show" ...and again on 3rd day. Called the company, and they hung up the phone. Rest of my calls went to voicemail. By the way, bill would have been $134.00, but no money was paid. Customer service is non existent for this company. How do they stay in business???
