Zephyr wine cooler

I purchased a two side wine cooler from them back in February. The one side of the cooler is not holding its temperature. I called for service and they send a third party(Hazzis supply company) to come a fix it. They come in April looked at the machine and I was told that they need parts and never heard back from them again. Last week I called PC Richard to find out the status and I was told that I had to wait for Hazzis to get back to me or I should had followed up with them. I am sorry but I purchased the product from PC Richard I gave them my money why is my responsibility who they send from do it. I called PC Richard customer service to speak with a manager and they do t want to be bother. User's recommendation: Be aware.
