I ordered a Pemberly dresser, a Tvilum was delivered. There is a price difference and I need a REFUND. I CALLED 7 TIMES, I WROTE 4 EMAILS. NO RESPONSE. I FOUND THER PREVIOUS CEO ON LINKEDIn ... I sent an email to him. HOW ABOUT A REACH OUT TO DISCUSS THE PROBLEM. User's recommendation: ORDER VIA AMAZON ... AT LEAST THEY ARE RESPONSIVE. Never, never order from the company’s website.
