Have alway purchased tire from bell tire. Not anymore. Picked up a boat in Ohio got a flat on 1 tire at 1-94 6 mile. Luckily it was a dual axel trailer. I limped off the freeway to their store on Mack ave. The person in charge said they couldnt jack up the trailer to help me change the tire they werent allowed. I have seen this done many times at many tire stores they were just to lazy. I dug the jack out from my truck with my wife and grand kids waiting and had it jacked up and changed it 15 min. This is the last time I will visit bell tire and will instruct my company to stop using them for our company vehicals and also and my 100 employees that I have pointed in their direction. User's recommendation: Go to discount tire.
