After we went to set up our mattress and box springs at our vacation rental we realized it was too tall for some people to get into, so I called still within a week and no one has slept in it yet to see if I could swap it for a low profile box spring and was told no they are not running a used furniture store, WOW so much for customer service. I have bought quite a bit from Kane's but forget it not again!
