I have been waiting a month and a half for an update on a package being sent from the Netherlands to USA but have heard nothing in 30 days. I order another item from a brand centered out of Italy and recurved that order and I got the wrong size so I sent it back and exchange it and got the exchange item back in under Half of the time postnl has taken already. Absolutely God awful organization. User's recommendation: Don’t purchase anything that needs to use this ***.
