Worst service team ever

The initial prompt asks for tax id & NPI #'s, so why did each (8) telephone operator ask me the same info & ask for the patients name & date of birth? to every person I was transferred to, I had to provide the same info... & this is the PLATINUM team that handles issues. One platinum team member(Gil) hung up on me & never returned our call. 1 1/2hrs on the phone wasted, with no soloution to the problem. User's recommendation: Do not use this vision plan if you have a choice.
