No one knows what’s going on even within their “system”. They pass the buck from one department to another. No one knows representatives numbers to transfer to, can’t locate records, can’t read their own scanned images of receipts, can’t trace their own fax numbers…..what a mess! No, I would not recommend Spectra User’s recommendation: Find another!

Want a tiffany frame

Was told by my eye Doctors in Boise ID that I can’t have a Tiffany frame because Spectera doesn’t carry them. Why can’t I buy any frame I want and use my insurance?
They decided not to pay a legitimate claim they agree is legitimate and should be paid. I have a vision care company sending me to collections.
