Worst service and customer support

I have given my bose AM300 serial no- 073962Z7080****AE nofor repair more than 2 months before. I am really frustrated with bose Customer service. I bought speaker for my own entertainment not for the bose service centre, already I missed so many occasions without my speaker and can't wait further more, after waiting almost more than 2 months. I called customer care and writing e-mail but they do not have any clue regarding my speaker. I never expected such a bad service for such reputed organization. Kindly take appropriate action against India bose service to make believe customer in such reputed bose organization. If product can not be traceable, kindly issue me full refund of my product. Hope you will take strict action against them and resolve my issue. Expecting your reply soon. Thanks and best regards User's recommendation: Not recommended to buy bose speaker to any one.
