I do not understand how this company is still in business. I will add on and repeat was has been said by other customers... Worse service to customers I have ever seen in my entire life. Customer service people are trained to lie to the customers. I booked a shipment of one pallet from Sydney to Adelaide, South Australia. I booked it via Transdirect.com.au, which may be just a front for Allied Express. No sure. In any case, the shipment was quoted for 2-3 days delivery. Their tracking system is totally misleading. It said that the item is picked up or even delivered, while in reality nothing happens. After calling the warehouse in Sydney, it appears that Allied Express never showed up and never picked up anything. The person on the phone at Allied Express (when you are able to talk to them, and when they do not cut you off) every day lies to you, saying the item has been picked up one hour ago (not true after confirmation with the warehouse), or saying that they went but the warehouse refused to deliver the item (not true, they never showed up). After one week, they finally picked it up, but now the item is sitting in their warehouse in Sydney (for 4 days already) and no movement. Every time we call, they say that it will be on the truck to Adelaide tonight. And we are still waiting. Excuses after excuses when the lies do not work anymore: Christmas period, warehouse refused to release the item, ..... Blablabla... Never ever again. I kind of knew it but I could not believe it was that bad. I highly recommend that you do not use this company!!! Believe me.
