Withholding Medication

I needed a refill of my medication, called the call center they placed a request that was not filled for three days after repeated request. Later discovered doctor canceled the request without informing me. Called the Call Center they lied repeatedly for Dr. Hazarian and Dr. Majid of Valley Stream who neglected to send medication to pharmacist. After several phone calls rep. attempted to provide her reason for their failures lying as well. The medication was mandatory and possessed a health risk. I am no longer a patient and I have returned to doctors in private practice as of the writing of this complaint.,
