To find out if i can resolve an issue w/my Nuwave Pro Plus that for some reason the digital read out is stuck on 2:00 min.and the little indicater ‘time’ is flashing in the read window.It wont reset!

they agree on 2 defects within warranty period on Nuwave Bravo XL BUT they want’ $28.95 up fron to exchange and they want me to pay for return shipping of my old unit! User’s recommendation: buy from better vendor.
