I ordered a universal bluetoot h headset from cellxpo on may 30 2021 and when i finally received the product the box was all cut up and looked like it was old and used and the Bluetooth device was loose in the bottom of the package. The light would turn on and charge for not even a minute and then turn off and was not able to turn it on or use it at all..
