Installed unit in nov 19, 2019 was not pleased with installation have call for the owner to come out to review the installation by two young people( not sure if have any certification in A/C installations) can not get return call since that install. User's recommendation: This company does not have enough people to cover there added one year parts and labor warranty that is rptheir top selling point in addition to the Trane warranty.
