Update by user Apr 06, 2021 I've contacted the BBB of Texas to try to resolve this issue. Original review posted by user Apr 06, 2021 Purchased a table with chairs from Ashley Furniture. One of the chairs was accidently punctured with scissors by a six year old during remote learning at home. I submitted the claim within 2 days of the damage. I submitted all documentation and pictures. They denied the claim saying it was from "cracking and peeling". Worthless company!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT purchase the Premium protection plan by GBS Enterprises at Ashley Furniture.
