Wifi issue

I called Arris to resolve my wifi Issue and "CARLOS" picked up the phone. He would leave me on MUTE after saying 1 sentence and i would wait for 5 mins for him to come back and answer me. He did not know how to guide me thru the steps. After changing my password he skipped a step and i am trying to figure out which step he was at and he would continue to ask me if i was at the same step as he was and he would put me on HOLD again for 5 mins w. out answering my questions on how to get to the step that he was at. Finally i hd to figure it out on my own and i was at the step while he put on mute w.out answering my questions and i kept on saying hello for 5 mins forhim to come back but at the end he hung up on me. If they can't do their job... they should not be working and getting paid as much as a software engineer gets paid... give the job to those who wnat it and who knows how to do it.CC User's recommendation: for customer service... NO. NEVER.
