Why I don’t see my travel fund in my account?

My travel fund is not showing up in my account! But I have it in my email. I've been trying to called all your contact phone numbers but nobodys answering and straight to voicemail! Can somebody help me with this? Cos I need to book a flight by next week. Thank you! You can call me at 253-294-****
