Why did you change the caps?

in an effort to open the 'human-proof' cap you have placed on this product, I literally crushed the top of the bottle to get the cap off. Now the cap does not fit and the product leaks out the side of the neck. After reading countless complaints about this, there seems to be no rectification, only continued suffering on the end-users' part.

》 Idiot design. Child proof? No PEOPLE PROOF. I will nit by another Afrin product. You have to take a “users Course” to open it. Probably one of the dumbest designs.
