WHY BLOCK MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON ? ? ? ?

Im a first user of Grab, and I only ordered a premium car from Grab on 23 July from Changi Airport to my hotel, I paid the driver in cash, then I found that you blocked my account. Do you realize how INCONVENIENT this whole block thing is ? ? ? Im a foreigner and due to COVID-19, Grab is like the only way for me to move from one place to another, now I cant go anywhere!
