Whirlpool washer

I spoke to a representative a few days ago about my washer model wtw5100hw1 CA00328 serial # I was told Id get a call in a few days that they would exchange it for a new washer since parts never came in on a new broken washer I bought this year. I have yet to get a call. Every time I call or try to chat,sorry were closed GOOD GRIEF! User's recommendation: On my 4th broken loud grinding a**whirpool washer I bought from rent a center.
