I cannot log into the website with my Healthsafe ID, I could in the past. Today I called and spent about 45 minutes on the line and the representative, who was helpful, but could not find out any problems. She also tried setting up a password reset and that was blocked. She transferred me to another phone number [protected] and as soon as I told the person responding my user name she hung up. The original rep tried another number and it was not answered. I called the 0627 number and the phone was hung up as soon as it was answered and transferred immediately to the survey.
