We made many calls trying to resolve this problem &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; we were told that the company did not have any other cars to choose from, even when we told them it was for a medical reason. Avis seems to have fraudulent advertising about how they care for their customers! There was no offering to try to find us another car at a different dealer. We will not use Avis ever again! User's recommendation: Do not use Avis car rental.
