Hermes sent a notification that my Next Day parcel couldn't be delivered. A yellow alert on it saying, "We Need You to Take Action!" Hermes only allow you to contact them by chatbot. The chatbot found my details and told me someone would be in touch. Three days later no one has. Not a good idea to use Hermes if you can avoid it. User's recommendation: Impossible to get hold of them if anything goes wrong. Avoid!
