I refinanced in June I signed everything 1st of all it was different then what he said so that is no 1. they lie so much it is sickening that there are people on this earth to make a buck will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to sign the deal. I have made about 4 or 5 payments in November of this year they took out 390.00 more on my payment that what is usually owed. I called they that the escrow acct was short so they added 390.00 to my payment for the 12 months until it is all caught up. I said no no wait a minute this is not my fault why didn't they add the escrow acct into my loan or better yet I asked the liar loan officer if should give my check from my old loan which I received a check from that loan he said several enjoy that money it is yours go live It up man I even had emails to prove what he said. I contacted customer service they told me to go pound sand I said well you dirty bastards this was your mistake not mine does anyone know anything about who to call is there a customer help for getting screwed over on a loan that 100% NOT MY FAULT. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE.
