WASTED 1.5hrs. on a Customer Service Chat!
I am completely livid with the wasted 1.5hrs I spent with a customer service agent (Shajo) on a chat to get venue ideas. He couldn't move forward without a budget, so I got him one off the internet. Then, he insisted on a zip code, so I gave him one in the area we wanted our event. He did not tell me there wasn't enough of a selection in the area I wanted and that we'd have to cross over the bay if we wanted more. It wasn't until the end that I discovered that! So when he asked me if there was "anything else to include" I asked him to send me a copy of the info he was going to send out for me to verify accuracy before he sent it. (He was very confused most of the time & VERY difficult to work with!) Instead of doing so, he told me to book it on my own!!! - I ended the chat after giving him some "choice words." THEN HE CALLED ME!! I told him, I did not want to speak with him again, and HE CALLED ME BACK!! This was a huge waste of time & money for my boss that paid me to search out a venue. I will be voicing this complaint elsewhere.
