They dislike their customers so much that they have to lock you into long term contracts so you cannot leave them. They own you and your branding. You MUST have onsite wifi for most of the features to work. You’d better hope you don’t have problems, because customer support (at least in my case) was unable to help. I received a 24-hour notice the vent was going to be out for registry,, 72 hour later I contacted the office..
