I have been a steady customer at this location for 5 years. Since the pandemic this salon has different prices for the same service. Today was it for me. I had the usual wash and blow out and was charged $39.00 instead of $25.00. The manager Debbie got very defensive and said my hair was difficult and the girls are on Commision. My hair has not changed and I have a keratin smoother in my hair. I was so furious I said I will never be back. We agreed upon $30 and suddenly she said she won't ever charge me more.
