I USE THE FOODSBY PROGRAM FOR MY BUILDING…

WE HAVE SEVERAL NEW TENANTS WITH NEW STAFF MEMBER AS WELL AND WE NO LONGER HAVE A N ACCOUNT MANAGER. I NEED SOMEONE OUT TO WORK WITH MY NEW TENANTS TO SET THEM UP WITH USING FOODSBY OR SOME WRITTEN MATERIALS TO SHARE WITH THEM ON HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS & HOW TO SET IT UP!

Lack of POC (phone #) Information or Customer Service

Tried on a number of times to contact Foodsby, emailed only response “sending to the appropriate department for response with a ticket number” responded to email for follow up, still nothing but a new ticket number…CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE! Restaurants neglect to read the notes on the order about 30-40% of the time, so if you try to customize in the notes it will often be ignored. Late about half the time, sometimes as much as 20 minutes. Food usually arrives cold.
