I called the company and made the mistake of saying my cleaning lady or person caused the damage while vacuuming with my vacuum. Because I used the words cleaning lady The company denied the claim. I never take out extended warranties and will not do so again. It was very apparent from the claims process that this company would be looking for any way to deny the claim that they could.
