Ref# : GI1MAGP210695****455618F9 Sender : GIIKIN (service@***.com) Product : 167557# Anion Air Cooler White - unit Receiver : Azman Shah Yaacob (+601********) User's recommendation: Call center need to improve due to difficulty comunicate with call center agent.
