Wardrobes purchase

The wardrobe was delivered on 11.04.18 as per previously arranged with the manager at Sungai kadut branch. However on 10.04.18, nobody informed me about the timing of the delivery as I needed to make arrangement for someone to be at home. So , I called them to confirm and the sales assistant was not a reponsible person as I have to call them 3 times for them to tell me the timing of the delivery. When the wardrobe arrived , the design was wrong as prior agreement with the manager there. So , I made another call to the manager , he say he will arrange for someone to change the design and will call me on last Friday to confirm when the people will come. His attitude was horrible in my perspective and he claim that I make a fuss out of the issue but the mistake was clearly yours?? And till now , he did not even call at all , is this the right attitude of a worker? I trusted u hence I bought the furniture and this is the kind of service I expect from your?This is my first time and last time purchasing the furniture from this company again.
