Walgreens rewards/coupons

Im trying to figure out where the disconnection is between my rewards phone number and my email. The last digital receipt I received for my Walgreens purchase was on 5/18 where I used reward points because my digital coupon of $3 was not applying when I entered my phone number. After that, even though at checkout I was told that I would receive my receipt by email I did not. That has been on 2 or 3 purchases. I didnt ever receive proof of purchase because I wasnt given a receipt and my receipt was never sent digitally.
