Waiting for a refund from above company for 3 months

I was due to fly from Bristol to Cork on 19th May and to return on 22nd May 2020.Due to government restrictions because of Covid 19 I did not take the flights, but in any case the flights, I believe were cancelled by Aer Lingus. I made an application for a refund and received a claims reference number : 540**** but have been waiting for 3 months for a settlement, despite numerous emails that have not been responded to. User's recommendation: Don’t trust Aer Lingus to refund when they haven’t delivered the service.
