Vodacom Laptop Insurance is a scam

I have had Vodacom Insurance on my laptop for 3 years. The keys on the laptop are falling off and I have to pay for an assessment out of my own pocket at Incredible Connection or Matrix at a cost of R500-00. This is pathetic as I want it repaired or replaced but I first need to layout. money User's recommendation: Will never use Vodacom Insurance ever again.
