I purchased a Visual-land Prestge Elite tablet through Kohl's.com a few months ago. It has been as slow as molasses to operate. A few days ago it froze up completely. I cant return it to Kohl's because i purchased it over a month ago. Because it is still under warranty, they advised me to contact the manufacturer. When i called the company the recording stated that they are no longer accepting phone calls. When i went to the website, it stated that on line support and chat line are no longer available. I have sent emails to the company with no reply. Kohl's was no help with this either. The bottom line is dont waste your money on any item from Visual-land electronics.
