Visited with no appointment but treated very courteous

Last week I passed by their branch, and decided to enter to learn more about my account security. Since I started experiencing strange charges, I wanted to figure out how to avoid them. Upon entering the branch with no appointment, the staff was very courteous and asked me to wait for 2 minutes until one of the managers would be free to approach my needs. The lady from the accounting security department was very professional, she told me that the issue was just third-party subscriptions and it had nothing to do with the bank. It was actually my fault of forgetting to discontinue the subscriptions. My overall experience using the bank’s services for over 2 years are great!

I almost lost my house to this bank. It seems that they are doing it on purpose. They play for time and lie politely.
