Bought a mattress and platform from West Kelowna store. Was told we have free delivery and set up and removal al packing. They called late afternoon of day before they were to deliver and said they would not deliver to our house. We live 14 km away from the store and yet their truck was going to Osoyoos which is 120 km away from their store. Talked to the store, the delivery truck, and their customer service. No help at all. Ended up meeting the truck at side of highway with a pick up truck. They loaded in back of pick up and I drove the 2 km to my house and carried it in and upstairs. The customer service did offer to deliver to our house at an additional $100. They said that the 14 km to our house was out of their delivery radius. I asked them then how is 120 km within their delivery radius.
