Update by user Sep 08, 2019 UPDATE: Hairsisters never acknowledged the complaint nor responded. The company appears to be inactive on checking the Business Info. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Do not order from this company! Original review posted by user Aug 09, 2019 Cannot place an order. Amazon Pay link is broken. PayPal - goes into a loop. Cannot pay. Can't tweet as not active on Twitter - last activity was January this year. Facebook - not responsive, although left a message asking to contact. Telephone number listed does not accept calls. No chat facility. Poor customer service all round. What changed? This was not the experience I had the last time I ordered. Prices are great but no bloody use if you can't order!
