Very Poor tracking and customer service

It took 11 days to ship my item from NY to Phoenix, AZ. No tracking information showed up in their web site until my item arrived in Phoenix. I was informed that my item will be sent to a 3rd. party shipper to have it shipped to me it will take about 3 days to get it to the 3rd. party shipper and they should contact me for a date to get my item. If I have the choice I will never use SAIA for shipping and I would advise if you have a choice I would not use SAIA either. User's recommendation: If Possible don't use SAIA for your shipping.
