Very Poor Service. My parcel was rated as “lost2 by ParcelHero–after being told each week (over 10 weeks) that it was at a ParcelHero Depot in Cincinnati.

My parcel was collected by ParcelHero early in May from my home in the UK for delivery to my son in Boulder USA. I was told after about 1 week that the parcel was at a ParcelHero Depot in Cincinatti awaiting transport to Boulder. I checked on this with ParcelHero every week, and was told (by e-mail and phone)Don't use this company the same story, until ~ July 10th, when I was told the parcel was "lost". It seems obvious that no-one checked if the parcel was physically present in Cincinattit---although it seemed to be "present on the computer". This amounts to very poor service. I certainly will not use this company again. User's recommendation: Don't use this company.
